Award-Winning Attorney Alexander A. Ayar Joins Williams, Williams, Rattner & Plunkett
WWRP is very pleased to welcome attorney Alexander Ayar to the firm as a shareholder!
Alex is an award-winning attorney who focuses on complex commercial litigation disputes. His clients appropriately seek his legal counsel in matters of the highest importance, including when the company is on the line and a comprehensive legal strategy from an experienced attorney is required.
The matters Alex handles show the breadth of his advocacy skills and the depth of his legal knowledge. Among his many successful outcomes, he has brought and defended cases involving breach of contract, business torts, fraud, employment issues, creditors' rights, and appeals.
Many organizations have recognized Alex for his talents. He has been repeatedly included on the lists of Michigan Super Lawyers and DBusiness Top Lawyers, and the Oakland County Executive included him as an Elite 40 Under 40 in 2018. In 2016, Michigan Lawyers Weekly selected him to its class of Up & Coming Lawyers, and the Michigan Legislature presented Alex with a special tribute acknowledging his "advanced legal acumen, devotion to clients, and an exemplary reputation in the legal field." That same year, the Chaldean-American Bar Association gave Alex its Attorney on the Rise Award.
Alex gives back to the legal profession through his leadership and contributions to various federal, state, and local organizations and blue ribbon committees, such as the Judicial Advisory Committee for the Federal U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, Judicial Qualifications Committee for State Courts, Character & Fitness District Committee, and as a past president of the Chaldean-American Bar Association.
