WWRP's John Crowe Led Client's Purchase of Plant in 2016

WWRP attorney John Crowe represented Maynards Industries in its acquisition of the former Mitsubishi North American Assembly Plant, including all of its equipment in May, 2016. The 2 million plus square foot Plant is located in Normal, IL and included more than 500 acres of improved and unimproved real property. WWRP also was legal counsel in Maynards effort to sell the Plant to Livonia, MI based Rivian Automotive which closed on January 3, 2017.
