Gaber leads session of the 2010 Summer Conference of the Real Property Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan
John D. Gaber, from Williams, Williams, Rattner & Plunkett, P.C., in Birmingham, Michigan, participated in the 2010 Summer Conference of the Real Property Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan. Mr. Gaber was the moderator and a presenter for the featured seminar “Lessons Learned from the Downturn.” The seminar focused on the operation and disposition of distressed commercial real estate from the perspectives of the owner, lender and tenants. Mr. Gaber is a partner whose practice focuses on real estate, corporate and general business law.
The 2010 Summer Conference, held at Crystal Mountain Resort, Thompsonville, Michigan, marked the 35th annual event. The Summer Conference is an opportunity for attorneys to continue their legal education and to network with other attorneys and industry professionals.
