WWRP Attorneys Successfully Defend Air Advantage, LLC in Multi-Million Dollar Dispute with Federal Government
WWRP attorneys John Crowe and Rick Rassel successfully defended Air Advantage LLC, a provider of fiber and internet services to commercial and residential customers, in a multi-million dollar dispute with the Federal Government regarding the obligation to repay certain infrastructure improvement grants and loans. WWRP helped negotiate a settlement between the litigants.
