Federal Court of Appeals Affirms $4.2 Million in Judgments obtained by WWRP Attorneys David Plunkett and Susan Babcock

On June 19, 2014, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed eight Judgments totaling approximately $4.2 million in favor of WWRP client MoneyForLawsuits V LP d/b/a/ CaseFunding, a litigation financing company. The Judgments were obtained by WWRP Attorneys David Plunkett and Susan Babcock.
