Robert S. Bick receives the "All Star M&A Attorney of the Year" award from the Association for Corporate Growth
Robert S. Bick, a shareholder at Williams, Williams, Rattner & Plunkett, P.C., in Birmingham, Michigan, received the “All Star M&A Attorney of the Year” award at the ACG Detroit M&A All Star Awards reception that was held at The Townsend Hotel on April 12, 2016. Mr. Bick’s law practice focuses on corporate law, mergers & acquisitions law, private equity law, corporate governance and business planning. Mr. Bick has completed hundreds of M&A transactions throughout the country. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and Law School.
